The corporate headquarters building in Minneapolis, MN is currently in the process of being updated and expanded. Twin City Fan Companies built and moved into the building in 1993, so it was time for some modernizing and expanding to allow for the growth the company is experiencing.

The building addition is 7,500 square feet and will be occupied by the Sales Department and Order Entry. This area will feature low cubicles for easy communication between departments. The 'old' part of the building is being completely updated to match the decor of the new addition. There will be additional offices and cubicles when the project is complete.

One of the most talked about features of the improvements is the new training room. The room will be available for sales representative, vendor and employee presentations and training. It is currently being wired for presentation equipment and computer training equipment. The training room will also display fans for showcasing and training purposes.
